The private, fenced plot has parking for several vehicles and a carport. The holiday home, all on the ground floor and recently renovated and well equipped, is divided into a bright living-dining area with aircon and TV (spanish), 2 bed rooms with full-size beds, 1 bed room with a single bed (extra bed on request), another dressing room, a shower bathroom, a perfectly fitted kitchen with dishwasher and a large porch with terrace furniture. This is a magnificent place to spend the days outdoors, next to the beach, relaxed and enjoying the pool or preparing a barbecue in the garden which is furnished with tables and seats. On the large lawn you can sunbathe and the children can play on the swings, which makes it the ideal home for a family vacation. The villa is furnished and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable holiday.
