Superb house, shared with the owner. Located in the historic town of Oliva (Valencia). Completely renovated in 2005. spacious common areas. Very bright. The house is located in the heart of the old Moorish quarter and within walking distance of supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. A little more than 10 minutes drive, are our splendid beaches. Almost 12 km of golden sands, shallow waters. It is one of the few beaches of the Spanish geography where concrete and cement are not the protagonists. You can enjoy long walks and warm baths. Kite-surfing, sailing or just a nap. If you love the walking tours, walking to the beaches, it is easy and pleasant. All roads are bordered by orange groves and the walking tour can last approx. 40 minutes.
A 7-minute walk you can also take a bus that will leave you in any of the beaches of your choice.
Within walking distance of Oliva, it is the Font Salada, a corner of paradise where you can swim even in winter, because its waters have a temperature approx. 23º throughout the year. A restaurant, located on the edge of the large pond, offers visitors the chance to eat or just have a beer. The Font Salada is nestled within the Marjal Pego-Oliva Natural Park, where birds of various species, are sheltered from the cold European winter. The Fen, offers guided tours to visitors. Large water channels, cane fields, orange groves and fishing lovers, a special place to practice their favorite sport.
