Can Montis is a modern house with a private shallow pool. It is located on a quiet residential street in the trendy area of Santa Catalina, Palma. The house has 2 double bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and has been decorated with all modern amenities: a state-of-the-art air conditioning/heating system with a built-in air purifier, a fireplace in the living room, a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, and large patio doors that can be opened connect the outside and inside of the house.The sunny patio, complete with comfortable outdoor furniture and sun loungers, is perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. The shallow pool is ideal for sitting back and relaxing on a hot day. Just a few minutes' walk away, you will find yourself in the center of Santa Catalina, a very lively and popular area full of restaurants and bars. The heart of Palma and its shopping district are also within walking distance.We encourage all our guests to use electricity responsibly: the first 150kW is included in the rental price.The eco-tax/tourist tax is not included in the price and will be charged to all adult guests at €2.20 per person per night (May to October) and €0.55 the rest of the year.
