This beautiful and elegant house has 5 double bedrooms divided throughout the house, all decorated with care and attention to detail to make you feel at home. The master bedroom is equipped with a vast “Eastern King” size bed (2m x 2m) a living area, smart TV, large terrace, and generous ensuite bathroom, with sea views. The other four rooms are double rooms, that can be configured with twin beds or a superking upon request before arrival. There are two other bathrooms, one with a large jacuzzi bath. At the top of the house there is a large roof terrace with sea and palace views.
The spacious living area has a large and comfortable relaxing sofa, and a separate seating area with armchairs by the log burning fire. Workspace area equipped with a 27 inch monitor and adjustable height desk for those guests who need to do some remote working , the smart TV, and all the little details go to make this room the heart of the villa.
The villa has a large kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to cook throughout your holiday. In the kitchen area there is a large dining table with seating for 10 people, making the kitchen an area to both create and socialise. In the kitchen there is also a fresh water purified drinking system, saving money on bottled water and helping ease the burden of plastic on the environment.
Outside the house you will find a lemon tree, an orange tree, a swimming pool, sun beds, an outdoor sofa area, and enough seating for 10 people to dine alfresco, possibly even on food prepared on the bbq.
The house also offers a double garage, and driveway parking.
Please note the house has been decorated with the best materials and equipment to provide maximum comfort during your stay, we will be available to help and assist you as much as possible.
The Area: La Bonanova is a beautiful and quiet residential area connected to public transport and only 15 minutes by car from Palma center. The Porto Pi shopping center with its exclusive shops, restaurants, cinema and a great super market is just 5 minutes away on foot.
Villa Bonanova is situated in a quiet residential area of Palma. The house is semi detached and so very close with the neighbours with whom we want to maintain a good relationship.
In the past ,on a few occasions , guests have abused the rules and the neighbours have lodged complaints which could result in losing the rental licence.
As such we , the owners would like to reiterate the rules of the house in advance of your arrival . If you feel as a group you are unable to commit to the house rules then it would be better to find alternative accommodation.
House Rules (regarding noise)
The rules of the property are very strict in terms of noise .
The celebration of parties / events are strictly prohibited.
Be respectful of the neighbours and take dinner/drinks indoors after 10pm at night .
No use of the pool after 11pm and no shouting and screaming around the pool area after 11pm.
No loud music indoors after 11pm.
If the rules are broken and there are any complaints from the neighbours you will automatically lose your deposit (1000€) and run the risk of being expelled from the house.
