Positive: The cleaner does a very good job of keeping this large property clean. The beds were comfortable. Two bathrooms + WCs are great when a large group is staying. The kitchen was well equipped and the appliances that we used all worked. Wifi just about OK, no outages, speed 8.1Mbps download, 3.6Mbps upload. The railway station / S-Bahn is less than 10 mins gentle walk away. The riverside walks and parks are about 15 mins walk from the property. Very quiet location. Ample parking for 2 or 3 cars. The fully grown mature trees around the property keep it cool even in hot summer heat (when we stayed it was 32°C max daytime temperature). We would stay here again.

Negative: Could have been a 10/10 if the garden and outbuildings were tidied and better maintained. Hence, if the host could arrange for the lawn to be mown regularly, the shrubs pruned seasonally, and a general tidying of the garden carried out periodically, then the property would be even more amazing.

Summary: Large villa conveniently located in the quiet outskirts of Bremen. Great for large families.
