In einem ruhigen Dorf mit historischen Fachwerkhäusern und urigen Geschäften gelegen, bietet sie eine ruhige Lage mit Panoramablick vom Balkon oder der Terrasse – ideal, um in der Sonne ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine Heizung, ein Doppelschlafsofa im Wohnzimmer und eine gut ausgestattete Küche für die Zubereitung gemütlicher Mahlzeiten. Die Eigentümer wohnen im Obergeschoss und sorgen für einen herzlichen Empfang und lokale Tipps. 1 Doppelschlafzimmer, 1 Wohnzimmer mit Doppelschlafcouch, Essecke und komplett eingerichteter Küche, geräumiges Bad und eigenem Freisitz. Abschließbarer Fahrradunterstellplatz und PKW-Parkplatz. Bettwäsche, Geschirr- und Handtücher sind vorhanden. Unsere Ferienwohnung ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung. Auf Haustiere sind wir nicht eingestellt. Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich umgeben von Weinbergen in ruhiger Ortslage. Kinheim bietet eine Reihe romantischer Winkel u. historischer Fachwerkhäuser. Ein dichtes Netz aus gut ausgebauten Rad- u. Wanderwegen bietet ungeahnte Möglichkeiten, unsere Region im Herzen der Mittelmosel zwischen Bernkastel-Kues (12 km) u. Traben-Trarbach (8 km) zu entdecken. Auch eine Schiffstour auf der Mosel ist ein unvergessliches Erlebnis. Weitere Ausflugsziele: Trier, Luxemburg, Cochem, die Eifel u. den Hunsrück.
