You can leave the property for walks in the hills of Pagnol, or enjoy the beaches of Cassis (20 mins), the Calanques (20 mins), the village of Castelet (30 mins), Aix-en Provence (30 mins), from Marseille (25 mins). Very easy access by highway.
The villa was completely renovated at the end of 2016. All furniture and appliances are new. Large wood and stone terrace between the villa and the swimming pool. Access by electric gate, space allowing to park 5 vehicles.
