Bbeautiful villa of 170 m² of Provencal style facing south on a plot of 1000 m². The villa is fully air-conditioned and has a private swimming pool, parking, land and garden.
Our rental is located 12 km from the beaches of the grande motte, the ramparts of the city of Aiguës mortes and 23 km from Nîmes is these Roman remains.
The property is located less than 300 m from a bakery, a primeur, a butcher, a supermarket, a pharmacy and a doctor's office.
The villa is divided into 3 levels (1/2 levels):
- On the ground floor, 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a shower room with washing machine and separate toilet.
- On the main level, a living room dining room, a living room with TV, a separate kitchen,
- On the first floor, two bedrooms overlooking a balcony, a bathroom with bathtub, a separate toilet
The night part is composed of:
- 3 bedrooms with double bed
- 1 bedroom with 4 single beds
- Provision of a travel cot with mattress on request
All bed linen is provided.
Outside, the house is composed of 4 spaces:
- on the same level as the main level of the villa, a covered outdoor terrace with a table for 10 people, parasols and a WEBER barbecue.
- A pool area of 8 m by 3.80m depth from 1m to 1.80 m with 4 deckchairs. The pool is surrounded by a lawn,
- A plancha space and SMOBY house for children on one side of the house,
- A parking space or bowl on the other side of the house,
- A Mediterranean garden (olive tree, rockery,....).
Menstruation:
- The villa is non-smoking.
- We do not provide towels and baths.
- Parties and birthdays are prohibited.
- Pets are allowed.
- The cleaning of the property is included in the rental.
For the months of July and August, weekly rentals from Saturday 16:00 to Saturday 10:00 (7 nights) are mandatory.
Outside these periods the villa can be rented for 2 nights minimum.
