The villa with a well kept garden has 4 double bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and private pool (8x4 meters).Distribution:On the ground floor there is a living room with a door to the living room on the right side. The living room is bright and comfortable, with sofas, air conditioning, a large fireplace and patio doors open onto a shaded terrace and ping-pongThe kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. It also has a comfortable breakfast area.The bedrooms are all located on the left side of the main entrance.Note 1. The final cleaning costs are included in the rental price. This circumstance does not exempt the client from his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit while the use of the house is reasonable.Note 2.
