Was newly renovated in october 2017.
30m² living space with underfloor heating and new vinyl floor. You can comfortably sleep on a king-size bed and watch cable TV, for example, or simply surf the internet (for free). For dinner we put a table and two designer chairs in the apartment. There is a brand new daylight bathroom (shower, toilet, sink, shelves) and a new kitchen (fridge, coffee machine, kettle, microwave oven) which is equipped with all necessary dishes. The covered terrace invites even in the rain without being wet to sit outside. If you want to come with dogs, the area is completely fenced so that the dog or dogs can not "run away".
Living & sleeping
The 1 bedroom apartment with shower room / WC was completed in 2017 and offers a living / bedroom area with kitchenette. The modern double bed can be folded up with a few simple steps, so that you can use the room as a living berber during the day. There is a private covered terrace with barbecue facilities available. A wardrobe and several sideboards provide ample space for your clothes and travel essentials.

The equipped kitchenette has a kitchenette with fridge and ceramic hob. The basic equipment includes of course kitchen appliances such as microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle u. V. M. If something is missing, please ask us.
The dinette in the kitchen can accommodate up to 2 people; a baby chair is also available.
A special highlight is the direct access to the private terrace. So you can enjoy your prepared meals in the garden in fine weather.
