Experience beautiful days in the newly renovated and exclusively furnished holiday home "Kleine Auszeit". The house is located in a quiet residential area with a short walk to the city and restaurants (7 min walk). In the forest for hiking or mountain biking, it is right outside the front door. A 10-minute walk takes you to the forest with links to the Harz Hiking Network.
Your "little break" awaits you on an area of approximately 130 square meters with up to 3 bedrooms with double bed 180x200, all equipped with flat screen TV, furniture safe and USB port for charging your mobile devices (on the bed). The children's bedroom has a bunk bed 90x200. Towels and bed linen are provided. The spacious living room with flat screen TV, Internet radio (Bluetooth connection mgl.) And dining area for 8 people offers enough space for cozy games or TV nights. The fully equipped modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, ceramic hob with extractor hood, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Next to the house two shower rooms with walk-in shower 120x80 and toilet, a separate toilet on the ground floor, washing machine and dryer and the possibility of sharing a garage for bicycles, motorcycles, skis, sled or similar .. The "little break" has 2 balconies and a paved courtyard with patio. The house is a Non smoking house. Animals are not allowed.
