Welcome to a visit to our season 2016 renovated and newly furnished in maritime style maisonette in Grömitz. In the 1. Floor of a spacious residential complex in the 2nd Strandreihe von Grömitz awaits you an exceptional apartment for high demands or the multi-generational holiday. Only a few minutes away from the dike and the beach promenade, we offer you a vacation domicile in a traffic-calmed, appealing residential area, which more closely corresponds to the requirements of a holiday home than a conventional and conventional holiday apartment.
On the ground floor of our apartment you will find a 22 m² large, light-filled living room with an elegant black U-shaped sofa set for optimal relaxation. The antique softwood table is extendable and offers sufficient sleep for 6 people. To the left is a large flat screen TV (140 cm diagonal) on an antique softwood dresser. From the living room you can access the 10 m² west-facing balcony overlooking the spacious garden. Here is a lounge chair in anthracite. Shading is provided by a maroon awning.
The new kitchen in white-gray look is perfectly equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator and separate small freezer (2 compartments), electric cooker with ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all necessary cooking and household accessories.
Through the hallway with its striking black and white striped wallpaper you reach the completely redesigned small shower room with toilet, small vanity, mirror cabinet and towel radiator.
A white painted staircase leads up to the sleeping area. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m with new, comfortable mattresses and an antique softwood wardrobe. A baby travel bed can be easily provided here. The two windows have blackout pleats and a window over an insect screen gauze.
The also completely renovated bathroom has a corner bath, separate shower, glass basin with large mirror cabinet and plenty of storage space, toilet and floor in gray ceramic.
The two smaller bedrooms: One with a Kajütbett 0.80 x 2.00 m, a small desk and a softwood dresser complete the facilities. The south window with the Baltic Sea view is provided with a blackout pleated blind and insect screen, the Velux window with a blackout blind.
The children's room with sloping ceiling has 2 single beds 0.90 x 1.90 m, two dressers and a table to play. The Velux window is also provided with a blackout blind.
For the guests of the two smaller bedrooms in the hallway, a generous, 3-piece fitted wardrobe is available.
In the basement of the house a coin-operated washing machine and dryer are available to our guests.
Here you will also find secure storage for bicycles brought. We ourselves provide our guests with two older, but functional bicycles as well as a wagon for free use. As this is a free service, we do not guarantee any time availability and functionality.
A car parking space is available on the property.
The prices quoted are for an occupancy of up to 4 people. For each additional person we charge a surcharge of 15 € / night.
Our apartment is located in Möwenstrasse. You are here in a traffic-calmed and pleasant residential area of Grömitz direction Lensterstrand. Within walking distance you reach the beach promenade in about 5-7 minutes. Guests with a dog have a short walk to the dog beach.
To the pier or the Grömitzer pedestrian zone you walk over the beach promenade about 15 minutes.
Two shopping markets (Rewe and Aldi) with opening also on Sundays can be reached by car or bicycle in a few minutes. Follow the map on the middle road to the street Brookgang.
Spa guests or guests who need continuous medical care, even during their vacation, will find a general practitioner / spa doctor in not too far afield in the Hamburger Strasse / corner Möwenstrasse.
