Our Finca Jaster is perfect for your family holidays close to the beach, as this detached villa is located in the well-known Boticari area. We will contact you approximately one week before your arrival to confirm your arrival time and the address of the house and send you the check-in form. On the day of arrival, we will meet you at the house at the agreed time to show you around.

This small villa is located in the popular Boticari area of El Vergel. The distance to the sandy beach is about 800 m, only 10 minutes walking distance. The supermarket Lidl is about 400 m away and several restaurants are within walking distance.
The two villages Els Poblets and El Vergel are about 1,5 km away, and our small "capital" Denia is about 10 km away. Both airports like Alicante or Valencia are about 1 hour by car away.
Other Things to Note:
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The use of the internet is free of charge. A daily electricity consumption of 10kWh is included in the rental price. Above this consumption will be charged at 0,30€/kWh. In addition, a security deposit of 200 € must be paid.
