Summary: Cleaning: We requested cleaning service every other day. However, the room has been properly cleaned only the day prior departure. In between, instead of proper cleaning, we received only fresh towels, paper replenishment, and small arrangements. No proper vacuuming, dusting or bathroom cleaning. Reception: Payment issue which we were not informed about during check-in. As opposed to informing us, the staff locked us out of our room after the second night without prior notice. No email, no text, no note on the door. The staffs’ manner (the russian speaking receptionist) of tackling the situation is unacceptable, especially for hospitality industry. It was our second stay there, which was also our last.
