Arrival or departure outside these times without prior agreement may result in additional charges. There is a security deposit of GBP 1000 for incidentals, which is charged prior to arrival of the property. Failure to make this payment may result in the cancellation of your booking. This deposit is fully refundable upon checkout and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Where the deposit has already been taken by Airbnb, we will still require a payment pre-authorisation only as part of our verification checks.
