The lovely communal swimming pool, with toddler pool, is beautifully maintained and great for couples and families alike. The pool is for the private use of Terrazas del Golf, a row of just 28 properties, and you can often find you have the pool area to yourself.

The golf complex is great area for a holiday, even for non-golfers, with some great restaurants within easy walking distance, which offer good value for money and the well-furnished Club House, with pool terrace and restaurant along with a number of bars and a well-stocked supermarket (all approx. 800mts or 1/2 mile away), and further restaurants approximately (approx. 1200mts or 3/4 mile walking distance), overall offering a great choice of International cuisines. The Spanish town of Rojales is just a 1600mts or 1 mile away, with a local market on a Thursday and more bars and restaurants.
The lovely beaches at Guardamar are approximately 8km or 5 miles away (just a 10-minute drive), also there you will find some lovely parks to walk through.
Nearby is the central town of Quesada, which has a number of bars, restaurants and a great water park. Also the seaside town of Torrevieja 10km / 6 miles.
