The spacious, quiet room was beautifully decorated, and the comfortable furniture made it easy to relax. From the plush bedding to the high-quality toiletries and the perfectly placed lighting, every element felt chosen with care. My favourite spot was the cosy window nook that overlooked the street, a wonderful place to unwind and watch people pass by. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh options and eggs cooked just beautifully. The hotel’s location is perfect for exploring Trier, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. It was a truly special stay, and we would be so happy to return just to stay there again.

Summary: Location excellent Room was great. Breakfast service * very• slow - need to hire another waiter or cook (or both). Dinner service also very slow ( same problem: one waiter for 25 tables)

Summary: Great hotel centrally located in the old town. Short walk to all the sights. Large, beautifully appointed room with superb view. Excellent, thoughtful service from all the staff. Great breakfast. Great restaurant on the first floor was a plus. We were very happy that we found it!

Summary: Room was great with a view. Greeted with fruit and chocolate. Check in is only available after 3, but they offered us a drink while we waited. Breakfast was amazing - 5 stars! Super convenient for walking the town. Check out was smooth and they gave a jar of jam to go. How sweet. Staff were very German -- haha, curt, but nice enough.

Summary: We had a lovely time in this beautiful hotel right in the middle of the old town. Trier is truly special - so many interesting sites and don't miss visiting the Mosel river valley nearby. The hotel staff was very friendly and the restaurant was delicious - we ate dinner there twice and really enjoyed our meals. The room was comfortable and quiet and we had a nice balcony and a view of the cathedral. Overall, would definitely recommend!

Summary: My family loved our stay at Romantic Hotel! We stayed in two deluxe rooms and they were beautiful and spacious. The hotel provided an arrival gift -- fresh fruit, chocolates, and water. There was a little noise from the street in the evening but it quieted at bedtime. The staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to fix an issue with a missing key. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Trier.
