The house is completely independent and offers air-conditioning. It is close to our house and has a fenced garden all around it. You will enjoy the view of Aubenas and the valley, at the end of which you will find the Ardèche River. There is a parking space for 3 cars. There are three covered terraces (one by the kitchen, with furniture, the second one with Ping-Pong table and table football, and the third one is a solarium). There is a large tiled pool area with furniture. You will find a 12x5-m gated pool, heated by a heat pump and covered. You can swim without worrying about the weather (wind or rain). Pool maintenance is assured. Beach towels are provided. The pool has been completely renovated in 2012 using the latest technology allowing chlorine absence, less aggressive for the water and the eyes.
There is also a private barbecue. Under conditions, it is possible to offers a bread and pizza oven. A travel cot is available. The holiday rates can decrease depending on certain elements (length of stay, etc.). You can play outdoor games (table football table and Ping-Pong table, boules balls).
