You will love my house for its light, exteriors, neighborhood and atmosphere. The accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, students and families. It is a magnificent large, modern, glazed chalet with high ceilings and wooden floors, with all the comforts. Private garden and shared pool and pine forest. Quiet residential area, very close to the city and its beaches, with all services and shops (Universities, Technology Park, Trade Fair, Leisure Center, golf). Good access and very well connected.

- During the months of JULY, AUGUST, FALLERA WEEK (from March 15 to 19) and HOLY WEEK, the price is as follows:
- Price per night, minimum 2 nights: €125/2 pax - €115/1 pax
- Weekly rate (7 nights): €788/2pax - €725/1pax
- PAYMENT and CANCELLATION of reservations:
THE RESERVATION COMMITMENT BY THE HOST IS UNDERSTOOD FROM THE RECEIPT OF THE TRANSFER OF THE DEPOSIT.
- For reservations made MORE THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE the day of arrival: a DEPOSIT of 25% of the total price of the reservation will be paid by bank transfer. The REST of the price must be paid at the time of arrival. The amount of the deposit will be refunded if the reservation is CANCELED by either party more than 7 days before the arrival date. In case of cancellation of the reservation by the guest within the 7 days prior to the day of arrival, it will lead to the loss of the deposit.
- For reservations made LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE the day of arrival: a DEPOSIT of 25% of the total price of the reservation will be paid by bank transfer, which will not be refundable in case of CANCELLATION by the guest. The REST of the price must be paid at the time of arrival.
- For reservations of more than 1 week (7 nights), the price includes weekly cleaning and change of bed and bathroom linen.
The COMMON ROOMS of the house:
- Kitchen-office: with work area and dining area, with access to the terrace.
- Terrace and porch, with different orientation for winter and summer. Both are furnished with a dining area and a seating area.

- Room Z: single bed (extendable double), 2 wardrobes, chair and desk. Ensuite bathroom with natural light, shared with room P (2 sinks, bathtub, separate shower, bidet, toilet). Individual air conditioning and ceiling fan.
- Room P: 1 or 2 single beds, 2 wardrobes, and a desk. Ensuite bathroom with natural light, shared with room Z. Individual air conditioning and ceiling fan.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD:
It is a very quiet residential area, located between the towns of Godella, Rocafort and Burjasot, where there are all kinds of services and shops.
In addition, in the urbanization itself we have a bit of everything: public children's area, pharmacy, bank with ATM, multi-service store, supermarkets and gas station, several schools and nurseries, Spanish and bilingual; Urbanization sports club (with restaurant, tennis courts, paddle tennis courts, squash courts, soccer courts, basketball courts, gym, activities, social room) and the municipal sports hall. The urbanization has a private security service.

HOW TO MOVE
The urbanization has access to the main roads that take you directly to Valencia, the beach and the connections to Madrid, Barcelona and Alicante.
The car can be parked both within the plot and on the street, without problems.
To get around the area: we have a free municipal bus that stops next to the house, which takes you throughout the urbanization and to the center of Godella, although you can also go for a walk, both to Godella and Rocafort (15- 20 minute walk).
- From Godella you can get there on foot, by car or by the municipal bus, which has a stop at the metro station.
- From Valencia you can arrive by car: a 6.5 km along the CV-35 motorway (10 min); by Metro Line 1-Godella (2.5 km); and by Metro/Tram Line 4-Más del Rosari (walking 1 km/10 min. from home).
