Positive: The navigation leads to an entrance with a barrier gate, while the actual access to the courtyard is located on the other side. Parking is technically available but belongs to the building’s residents and is often overcrowded, which makes it inconvenient. The house is an old wooden building with a brick façade. The entrance is from the side and goes through a shared corridor that is not well maintained. The second bed is placed under the ceiling in a low space where it is difficult to stand upright and it tends to get very hot. The apartment faces a busy street with heavy traffic at night, so you need to choose between closing the windows (with little fresh air) or tolerating the noise. The utilities are quite old, and the water pressure in the bathroom decreases when dishes are being washed. There is also an additional bed in the kitchen, but it cannot be unfolded and is located right next to the dining table. On the day of check‑out (11.02), the host knocked on the door and waited outside until we left. At the time of booking, I indicated that we were 2 adults and 3 children. The Booking system, however, displayed the property as suitable for 2 adults and 2 children and asked for my confirmation, which I provided. At check‑out, the host raised the issue again, counted the guests, and requested an extra 100 PLN for the third child. Additionally, my wife was asked about a missing blanket, which felt uncomfortable. Overall, I would not recommend this property due to these inconveniences.

Negative: The navigation system directs you to an entrance with a barrier gate, but the actual access to the courtyard is located on the opposite side. Parking belongs to the residents of the building and is very inconvenient due to the large number of cars. The house itself is an old wooden structure with a brick façade. The entrance is from the side and goes through a dirty corridor belonging to other residents. The second bed is located under the ceiling, in a space where it is impossible to stand upright and where it gets very hot. The apartment faces a street with heavy night traffic, so you either have to keep the windows closed (without fresh air) or endure the noise. The utilities are outdated: the water pressure in the bathroom drops whenever dishes are being washed. An additional bed is placed in the kitchen next to the dining table and can be unfolded with the risque of damage. Overall, I do not recommend the location, it makes sense to consider other options.
