Negative: No windows in living room and kitchen. So air ventilation is bad, which results in high humidity and lack of fresh air in these rooms Extremely noisy. It’s the first floor on the ground level and cars drive on 1 meter distance from your ear when you sleep Neighborhood is dirty, difficult to find parking
