Positive: Very secluded and peaceful place. Private access to the beach, boats, fishing. Great place to go with your family, kids are welcome. Owners were very accommodating. Property is maintained very well, outdoor area was cleaned daily. Located only 15 minutes away from 2 large cities for a chance to go sightseeing, shopping, dining etc. Kayaking available close in the area. Fun for the whole family.
