GROUND-FLOOR : There is a beautiful lobby with beamed ceiling leading into the spacious living- and dining room with 3 m dining table, Satellite TV/DVD/CD with I-Pod connection and Playstation and sofas around the fireplace. Modern and well equipped land kitchen with two large fridge/freezer and marble worktop with twin stainless steel sink unit and doorways to the terraces. The utility room has washing machine, dryer and an iron board.
