Located 2 km from the town Turnov. The house is a part of the complex of 3 houses and a swimming pool shared with the other 2 houses. Two houses are rented for holiday stays. It has its own driveway and very private surroundings. The property is one hour drive from Prague, highway R10. 30 min. ride from Liberec (aquapark Babylon, ZOO, Jested, great skiing conditions, one of the best golf course in CR - Ypsilon golf club Liberec). You can visit many ancient castles in near surroundings like Valdštejn castle founded 1260, Hrubá skála, Trosky, Rotštejn, Zbirohy, Hrubý Rohozec, Sychrov, and many others. Excellent conditions for cycling and hiking also good for motorcycling. Many beautiful nature views. Swimming in many nature ponds, or Jizera river, good conditions for canoeing. Nearest swimming pool in Kacanovy 2km. Unlimited parking place on the plot. A shuttle from Prague airport takes 1 hour, costs 95 Euro. return 168 Euro. The best way is to borrow a car directly at the airport, as there are plenty of very interesting trips that can be made from the property.
