Large well equipped fitted kitchen with 8-seater dining table, wood stove, Belfast sink, Smeg appliances; dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 6 hob cooker/oven. Reception room with plasma SKY TV (including all UK channels), DVD and IPod docking station. Laundry room includes Belfast sink, washing machine and toilet. Central heating throughout and underfloor heating on the ground floor. Games and boules set. Exterior - large courtyard with secured gates, a gazebo, sofa, chairs and dining table, together with a further chill-out seating and play area, BBQ and private 6 m x 4 m swimming pool.
