The great room concept of the living / dining room invites not only because of the large flat screen TV, hi-fi system, DVD & Blu Ray player to relax and get together. Lustful cooking provides the superbly equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso machine incl. Starter capsules. Even our youngest we thought. The Baby package with baby bed, high chair and bottle warmer is available free in the apartment. Partial counts a garden / balcony for your personal retreat.
On the teilbegrünten roof terrace you can relax and enjoy the view of the "Mönchsberg", the "Rain Mountain" and the villas of the district Riedenburg. The rooftop terrace offers with its comfortable lounge furniture and comfortable sun loungers is the ideal place to relax. In the evening you can enjoy the end of the day there thanks romantic lighting.
