The Space
The Sailor's Suite is a design retreat in the truest sense. Every detail here has been considered by hand. Gerben — a maritime school graduate with a deep love for Amsterdam's waterways and the storied history of the Reussi — led the ship's full renovation himself. His fiancée Rodinde brought her signature touch to the interior: a refined sense of elegance, carefully chosen materials and the kind of warmth that you feel the moment you walk through the door. The result is a space that is stylish without being cold, luxurious without being excessive.
Air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV keep you comfortable when you want them. Coffee, tea, fresh bed linen and towels are all included. Everything else — the light on the water, the stillness of the morning, the slow rhythm of city life seen from the canal — comes naturally.

The Reussi is moored on the Kalkmarkt, one of Amsterdam's widest and most picturesque historic canals, in the very heart of the old city.
