The accommodation includes a living area, perfect for relaxing and socializing. There is a sofa and television for you to relax in after a day of sightseeing or work. The kitchen is open plan, fully equipped and furnished with an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Enjoy the sleeping area, which offers optimal comfort with 1 double bed. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer, and toilet. Fiber optic internet is available.
Bed linen and towels are provided in the accommodation for your comfort. Please note that a private parking space is included in the rental price. The accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. We thank you for taking care of the accommodation and respecting the premises and the neighborhood. Please note that the building does not have an elevator and that the apartment is located on a lower floor than the main courtyard. There are stairs to access it. People with reduced mobility or those carrying large suitcases may encounter difficulties accessing it.
Arrivals are self-service for greater flexibility. Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Accommodation is managed by the ArchiDuchesse concierge service, available 7 days a week (from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM). All our guests receive household linen, essential items for the first day (shampoo, shower gel, hand gel, toilet paper, etc.) as well as one large towel per person, tea towels and a bath mat per bathroom. A welcome kit with kitchen trash bags, bathroom trash bags, a sponge, and dishwashing liquid is provided free of charge upon arrival for the duration of your stay.
We are committed to providing a pleasant experience, however, please note that we are not a hotel service. Any mid-stay cleaning, linen/towel refreshment, replenishment of essential items, or delivery can be scheduled upon request for an additional fee. Please note that this apartment is the owners' primary residence. As such, they live in the apartment and rent it out when they are away, allowing travelers to stay in an authentic home environment. The owners are happy to make their equipment available to you and to make room in the closets for you to organize your belongings.

Remember to take care of the accommodation as if it were your own: avoid damage, respect the furniture, and leave the premises clean when you leave. Follow the instructions regarding schedules and use of equipment, and respect the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. And if a small problem arises, don't hesitate to let us know. Please note that parties are strictly prohibited (€250 will be deducted from the security deposit), the accommodation is entirely non-smoking (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit), pets are not allowed (€50 will be deducted from the security deposit) unless requested and agreed in advance by us, and any loss, theft, or damage will be charged at the actual replacement value.
