Inside, a hallway leads to a bedroom with a 140x190 bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. A small corridor takes you to a second bedroom (also 140x190 bed), and to the main living space, filled with light thanks to its bay window facing the courtyard. It features a lounge area with TV and a fully equipped kitchen. An indoor staircase (not in use) is a nod to the house's original layout. A cool basement room is available for storing bikes or gear, and includes a WC and an additional basic shower room. Opposite the house, a small raised garden, accessed via a few steps, is furnished with sun loungers for relaxing. A private garage is also provided.
