The Lucien Cottage (80 m²) consists of a large vaulted living room with exposed stone and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker), two comfortable sofas, a TV, and a bathroom with toilet.
Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms: one with a 160 x 200 double bed and TV, one with two 90 cm single beds, and a mezzanine bedroom with two 90 cm beds. There is also a bathroom with an Italian shower and wall-hung toilet.
Outside, a large private terrace with garden furniture and no overlooking neighbors awaits you.
