On the ground floor, the living area comprises a fully-equipped kitchen with all the usual appliances and utensils (B) and a dining area opening onto the adjoining lounge with sofa and TV area.
The ground floor comprises a first bedroom, a shower room and a separate toilet. Upstairs, two large bedrooms, a second shower room and separate toilet. Depending on your requirements, all the sleeping arrangements can be configured with double or single beds.
A laundry room with washing machine and two or three parking spaces (depending on vehicles) in the enclosed courtyard complete the facilities on offer.
