A truly unique, spacious, 4 bedroom Spanish villa located 40 mins from Valencia (3rd largest city in Spain) , with all amenities and clear unspoiled panoramic views of the beautiful Montroy countryside. Use this as your base to explore Valencia, beaches, and surrounding towns, and stay for a truly relaxing vacation. The villa is set on a hillside, overlooking orange and other fruit trees, with hills and mountains beyond, offering terrific sunrise views. The property features numerous terraces and seating areas for dining and relaxing.
Well presented and traditional, the gated villa is located on a large, private lot for your exclusive use. It features landscaped gardens and a private pool/outdoor kitchen/paella house (together with additional shaded seating areas), located adjacent to the main house (as shown in the photos). A wonderful 52m² wrap-around balcony terrace is equipped with 2 large outdoor tables and seating , and provides a great place for outdoor entertaining or dining. Pool provides great views and is kept crystal clean by villa manager. Property includes a variety of trees - olive, orange, lemon, pomegranate, almond and walnut with extensive perennial gardens.
All living areas are located on the upper floor (ground floor is unfinished). The villa features Valencian tile and a wood stove in the spacious main lounge. The eat-in kitchen (with dining room table) is equipped with a large fridge, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. A wide hallway/reception room opens to each of the spacious four bedrooms and the family bathroom (with separate bathtub and shower). The main bedroom has an en-suite WC complete with a hydro-massage shower. At the end of the hallway there is a back door which provides beautiful cross breezes, and takes you out to the rear terrace with gardens and across to the 6m x 4m x 1.75m tiled swimming pool and sun terrace.
