Around the manor house are old rural buildings that have been converted into modern, comfortable accommodation.
Completely renovated in 2024, this 200m² building consists of two independent apartments on two floors. Comfortable, modern and air-conditioned, their interior design is a blend of modern, 18th-century and Art Deco styles.
The accommodation
Ground floor accommodation (120 square metres) with a large covered terrace:
It features a large living/dining room/open-plan kitchen, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms (sleeps six). Two of the bedrooms, with large bay windows, offer views of the trees of a Landes-style ‘airial’ (open space), with a view of the old Darricau dovecote that Winston Churchill used to paint when he stayed in Mimizan with his friend the Duke of Westminster.
First floor accommodation (80m²):
This new and spacious accommodation stands out for its superb exposed beams. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a dining area for six, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and two bunk beds, a bathroom and a separate toilet.
It offers a large furnished terrace where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the forest with family or friends.
Numerous electric skylights provide ventilation and remarkable brightness.
