Our apartment, furnished with love and individual style, is designed for 2 - 4 people.
With 95 sqm living space incl. Balcony, southeast exposure with awning.
The apartment is on the 1st OG.
The house is very idyllic at the end of a cul-de-sac directly on a small forest and a gorge with a stream .....
The Starnberger lake can be reached on foot in just over 10 minutes, as are all the shopping facilities S-Bahn, train station, doctors, hospital etc.
From April 2019 there will be a second and equally nice apartment for 2-3 people in our house!
Our inclusive service includes:
Flowers and / or seasons decoration, a bottle of wine, a bottle of mineral water, fruit
and breakfast for the first day. Toast, butter, jam, sausage, cheese, coffee and tea. Fresh eggs from our very happy chickens.
Another small note: our house is not a new building with abrasive varnish and laminate floors ...
Our home is from the 50s with old plank floors and flourishes;)
We can't manage surgical sterility!
Who loves that, as we do, is right with us ...;)
The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, otherwise we provide bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, toilet paper.
Smoking is allowed on the balcony.
