Centrally located, in walking distance to all amenities and just a few minutes walk to the Dordogne river. La Charente is full of charm showing off the magnificent beams of the roof structure and medieval carved beams in the bedroom is located on the 3rd floor accessed by stairs. Double glazing and electric heating provides a warm and cosy apartment for rent all the year. Large windows fill the apartment with light and offer beautiful views of the church, rooftops of Beaulieu and hillside. The living room and kitchen are open plan. The living area with double sofa and arm chair provide ample seating and he kitchen is fully equipped and modern. A small hallway separates and gives access to the large bedroom and separate full bathroom. The single bedroom sleeps 2 comfortably. The bed is 180 x 200 (two 90 x 200 mattresses in the frame). 2 bedside tables, dresser, closet and built in shelving completes the bedroom.
