Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Excellent check in - attentive and informative without being over the top. Fantastic location, especially for the Christmas markets and main shopping streets. Leads right to old town so we walked everywhere with no problems. The room was spacious. Great bed. Excellent products in the bathroom (even conditioner, and not some 2 in 1 or none at all) and the shower was exceptional. Nespresso machine and staff were happy to top up the pods as needed as we were there four nights. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

Negative: It was hot. Couldn't cool it down fast enough or keep it cool. But I don't like to sleep in a warm room, so as it was winter, that's probably more of a "me" problem. The staff were lovely and did try to address it on a couple of occasions.

Summary: Excellent location for a weekend city break.
