On the ground floor, the sitting area, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen are accompanied by a bedroom with sofa bed and its own bathroom. The toilets are separate.
Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds and their wardrobe, one of which has an adjoining lounge. A 2nd bathroom with double sink is also available on the 1st level.

• for an arrival on a Sunday or a public holiday, the Tenant may enter the premises between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.
Any late arrival - outside these hours - will result in the Lessor invoicing a fee of € 50 including tax payable on site by the Tenant, corresponding to the costs arising from such a late arrival.
In any event and to respect the tranquility of the neighborhood, no arrival can be made after 11pm.
At the end of your reservation, we will send you our reservation contract to be returned to us signed with a copy of your identity documents.
