The special location is that the house is located in the beautiful, old town of Brodnica, as well as directly on the lake shore of Lake Niskie Brodno (with its own jetty). In the city center (approx. 2 km away) there are historical sights (e.g. Viewing tower and ruins of a crusader castle), as well as numerous shops, bars, cafes, restaurants, etc. On the public 'city beach' about 400 m away, numerous leisure activities are offered (kayak, scooter rental, tennis court, volleyball court, etc.) The maisonette is divided on the ground and first floor: below: living / dining room (TV with satellite system) and bathroom; Above: Living room / bedroom with a second separate bedroom.
