This house built in 2017 is on a little holiday house estate with 14 other houses by a very beautiful little moor lake in Twist/Niedersachsen, not far from the border with the Netherlands.
The house provides around 100m² of living space and can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. It has two spacious bedrooms on one floor. The house has a modern, open built-in kitchen with an adjoining dining space. There is a big terrace adjoining the living room with a comfortable suite and a beautiful view of the lake. The first bedroom with a shower and a bath is light and generous. There is a second guest WC with a toilet and washbasin.
The garden of around 500m² right by the lake (10 metres) provides ample space for your four-legged companions and children, or simply to relax on our sun loungers. Enjoy the wonderful view and the peace and quiet. Let yourself be enchanted by the nature. The lake totals around 12,000m² and invites you to swim or go on a little dinghy tour. Fishing and surfing are allowed.
