Le Manoir is in a quiet and rural location, amidst fields and forests.
The country house dates back to the 19th century and has a shared pool (6 x 12 metres). This house has a total of two small and three big gîtes.
The one-hectare garden has several sitting areas, both in the shade and in the sunshine, a stretch of oak forest and a big sunny terrace by the swimming pool. The south-facing terrace looks out at the interior courtyard and the green valley. The swimming pool is on the other side of the building. The terrace affords a view of the Borrèze valley, a tributary to the Dordogne.
You can share use of a washing machine. The general laundry room also has a clothes horse, an iron and an ironing board. A cot and a highchair can be provided on request.
It is far away from hustle and bustle, but the centre of Souillac with shops and restaurants is only about four kilometres away. There are many places of interest, such as Rocamadour, Sarlat, Domme, Beynac etc. Souillac has its own motorway exit, so it is quite easy to get to Brive-La-Gaillarde or Cahors.
This gite is suitable for two people and consists of a living and sleeping room with 45m² of living space. The room has a practical layout and has a well-equipped kitchen with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and plenty of crockery and cutlery, a dining table with four chairs, a sitting corner with an armchair bed and a sleeping corner with a double bed measuring 140 x 200cm. The bathroom has a shower and a sitting bath.
The studio has its own sunny terrace with a barbecue.
