It has a large (3000m2) and pretty garden with flowers and trees with terrace and deckchairs. View of the surrounding countryside. Guaranteed tranquility. Hiking, bike rides, wine routes, markets, discovery of the villages and sites of Périgord, you have a lot to do here. The closest restaurants and shops are located 10 minutes from the property, as is the train station (Bordeaux/Périgueux line. Bergerac is a 45-minute drive, Saint Emilion 35 minutes and Bordeaux 1 hour. Supervised swimming at the Lac de Gurson leisure center (Blue Flag) 10 minutes away. Possibility of discovery walks in the estate's vineyards with the winemaker.
