Directly on the shores of the picturesque Rosnowskie Lake, there is a well-kept property with a beautiful, comfortably equipped holiday home. Guests have access to the lake's waters at their fingertips, which will be most enjoyed by fishermen (free fishing boat available on site) and lovers of swimming. You can also rent water equipment nearby to see all corners of this reservoir from the water side. Comfortable, nice, 2-storey house has a covered terrace with a set of garden furniture. On the ground floor of the building there is a beautiful, spacious living room with a fireplace. There is also a large dining table and TV. On the ground floor there is also a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are 2 separate bedrooms (including 1 with a balcony) and a second bathroom (also with a shower). In front of the house there is a grassy beach with access to the lake and a fishing pier. There is WiFi internet access. It is possible to rent a cot for a small child and a high chair free of charge, but this must be reported to the owner before departure. The owner provides the guests with a rowing boat (length 3.6 m) free of charge. An engine can be mounted on it for an additional fee. Parking on the property. The price includes: bed linen, towels, electricity and water consumption, wood for the fireplace, rowing boat, parking, WiFi internet. Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Lake Rosnowskie is rich in many types of fish and is a very popular reservoir by anglers. Fans of bathing and canoeing will also find something for themselves. A rowing boat is available free of charge (with the possibility of installing an engine for an additional fee), but there is also a water equipment rental in the area (rowing boats, kayaks, pedal boats). At a distance of approx. 900 m, there is a year-round resort with full infrastructure, which can be used (of course for an additional fee) also by guests from outside the hotel: an indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi (open in the summer season), salt cave, sauna, gym, solarium, bar, restaurant. In the area, it is worth seeing elements of the hydrotechnical complex of the Rosnowo hydroelectric power plant with a 10 m high dam and the remains of a farm complex from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. Several bicycle routes run through Rosnowo, which take you to the neighboring, attractive settlements. In Koszalin, about 20 km away (provincial city), you can find various shops, shopping malls and many good restaurants.
