The cozy holiday home with a fireplace and a large terrace is located in the village of Klepnica (West Pomeranian Voivodeship), only 100 meters from the picturesque Klepnicko Lake, in a quiet area. The atmospheric house is over 100 years old and was originally a farm building, which is now carefully restored and completely modernized. The house is secludedly located on a large plot by the lake and surrounded by a forest. It has a beautiful, spacious terrace and a patio upstairs. There is a lot of space on the plot, both for outdoor activities (barbecue, ball games, etc.) and parking. There is a covered, furnished patio upstairs. The house has 2 floors. Downstairs there is a very well equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace and TV, 1 bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a large, open space of the bedroom (5 places to sleep are prepared here). There is another house on the property that is rented to tourists. Included in the price: electricity, water and gas consumption, final cleaning, local tax, parking. Accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Activities Nearby: The beautiful surroundings offer great opportunities for active leisure time. The lakes rich in fish and forests full of mushrooms provide many opportunities to relax in the fresh air, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Among forests and fields, there are many paths ideal for cycling. There are also canoeing trips down the Rega River in the area. The popular Baltic Sea resort of Kołobrzeg is about 50 km away. There is an aquapark in Świdwin, 25 km away. The nearest town (Łobez) is about 12 km away and the lake is about 400 meters away. You can swim and fish in the lake if you have a fishing license (Polish or foreign).
