Enjoy a break in the countryside. We offer a modern and comfortable apartment in a sleepy village, surrounded by beautiful countryside, surrounded by forests and lakes. Live in a beautiful atmosphere in our 2018 newly renovated and 150 square meters apartment. This can accommodate up to 5 people and of course, all four-legged friends are welcome. The apartment is located on the ground floor of the house, with private terrace and separate access.
The landlords live on the upper floor of the house. The plot in local situation covers about 2600 square meters and consists of large lawns, small and larger shrubs and fruit trees.
The modern living room has comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV, radio and DVD player. DVDs are available in great variety and can be borrowed on site for free from the landlord. The living room has two more sleeping places, which offers the cozy sofa bed.
Internet access is free via WLAN.
The bedroom has a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a single bed (0.90 x 2.00 m), as well as a large wardrobe and various storage options.
Bed linen, towels, bathrobes and hairdryer are available free of charge.
The fully equipped bathroom with shower and toilet invites you to relax with its large bathtub. Another separate toilet is available.
The large fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, and all dishes offers plenty of space for cooking and baking.
A large cozy dining area offers enough space for 5 people and invites you to eat together.
Furthermore, the apartment has a large hobby room, with a bar, a pool table, a dartboard, comfortable seating and a large table. The room is often used for a cozy get-together, but also in bad weather to play games or read a book in peace. A small selection of card and board games is available.
The hobby room leads through a large patio door into the outdoor area. Outside there is a cozy sun terrace, a barbecue area and a fire pit, furthermore, the large property offers plenty of space to play and freedom for the whole family. Enjoy long summer evenings under the wonderful starry sky.
For "adventurous" kids the place offers a small playground, with slide, swing and co.
Furthermore, the apartment has a large sauna with space for up to 6 people. A plunge pool, a double shower, a foot basin and enough loungers. The sauna can be used after registration and for an additional charge of 10 € per use.
Parking facilities, as well as garaging for bicycles are located in the yard.
Pets are welcome, we ask you first to sign up, as own dogs live in the yard. Here we charge flat rate and not for animal, a surcharge of 5 € per night, since at Fellnasenbesuch must be specially cleaned. A cuddly basket and feeding bowls are ready. A one-time final cleaning fee of 30 € will be added.
Shops are located in the nearest town Woldegk, it is 7 km away. Woldegk, is a small Idyllic town and has much to offer for guests, such as. B. 5 windmills, some of which can be visited as a museum, a city lake, as well as a stone church and remains of an old city wall.
In the neighboring village is an old customs house, in which historical household appliances, as well as plaques of times of resistance are issued.
Other larger cities are within a radius of about 25 km.
Now briefly to the local history:
Grauenhagen was built in 1735. It was a Gutsdorf with isolated farmhouses and middle courtyards. The manor house, at the end of the Angers, dates from 1889. On the side of the Angers, surrounded by a field stone churchyard, are the remains of a medieval stone church, called "gray church". Next to it is a small, massive chapel today. In the forest between Hinrichshagen and Grauenhagen the remains of a stone church, called "Red Church", are preserved.
Grauenhagen is a sleepy village with a former estate and a village green, it live today about 100 inhabitants in the village. The village is a small community that belongs to the city Woldegk. Immediately nearby is the Feldberg lake landscape, which is a spa resort and invites to long walks, boat trips, hiking and cycling in the beautiful nature. The apartment is centrally located and with its idyllic and quiet location is a perfect place to relax.
Around the village are many meadows, forests and two larger lakes that invite you to discover, explore and relax. A lake has a Wildbadestrand, also boating and fishing is possible here. Of course, all four-legged friends are also looking forward to a wonderful cooling in the water. A must for nature lovers, meet local animals and relax in the midst of nature from everyday stress.
