A beautifully appointed, comfortable 4-star holiday cottage, located in the outbuildings of a former farmhouse, surrounded by nature, with a private spa open year-round. On the ground floor, you'll find a bright, open-plan living area with pastel colors, opening onto the garden, comprising: - A fully equipped kitchen (induction hob, electric oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave) - A welcoming dining area, a comfortable lounge with TV and fiber optic Wi-Fi internet access, DVD and CD player. - A full bathroom (shower, toilet) with washing machine and dryer. The large bay window opens onto the enclosed, south-facing garden (wooden fence, no wire mesh). Upstairs, a hallway leads to: - 1 bedroom with two single beds (90 x 190 cm), 1 bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), - 1 master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and its own bathroom (shower and sink), and a separate toilet at the end of the hallway. Your pet is welcome (supplement of €5/day) but is not allowed upstairs. Outside, your pet must be supervised or kept on a leash as the property is not fenced (meadows, horses, cats, dogs, and chickens on the premises - the owners' house is next door). A 35 m² terrace with a garden table and benches, wooden chairs, a 6-person hot tub, and a pétanque court (boules provided) allows you to fully enjoy the beautifully landscaped grounds and the surrounding tranquility. A griddle and barbecue are also available. A small treetop adventure course, badminton, a swing, and a slide will keep your children entertained! Baby equipment available: travel cot, changing mat, high chair/seat, stair gate and bed gate, baby bath, baby carrier for hiking. Electricity is charged extra (heating of the cottage and the spa; additional charges apply beyond the included 8 kWh/day). CLEANING INCLUDED IN THE PRICE. Towels and bathrobes provided. Bed linen can be rented for an additional fee. The cottage is located near the owners' house and has private parking and a separate access road to ensure your privacy.
