This independent house, with a south-facing panoramic view of the village and the countryside, is located in the heart of a 3,500 m² wooded park with a pétanque court and a swing. You will find on the main level (raised ground floor) an air-conditioned living room extended by a semi-open kitchen, a bedroom (160x200 bed), a bathroom (shower) and separate WC. This level is accessed either by the staircase leading onto the sunny balcony or by the rear wooden terrace. Upstairs, you will benefit from a bedroom for 3 people (3 90x190 beds) and a mezzanine which can be used as a work space (2 offices) as well as a games or rest/reading room (convertible, library). A laundry room will allow you to store your equipment safely (bikes, fishing equipment, etc.). Baby equipment: high chair, travel cot. Towels €5/person/change.
