Fireplace, underfloor heating, oak flooring throughout the house. Sauna use possible. Washing machine and dryer. Fantastic view of typical Holstein landscape with woods and meadows. Bathing place on the beautiful Lake Schierensee about 1.5 km away. Distance to Kiel and the Baltic Sea beaches 20 min. Row house with optimal location to the south and west, large terrace and children's playhouse. Abstellhaus for bicycles. Pets allowed only by prior arrangement. Long-haired dogs may only be kept in the entrance hall and bathroom on the ground floor. Dogs are not allowed in the garden to walk around freely and have to do their business outside the yard.
