The third oldest Baltic Sea resort in Germany, Boltenhagen with its promenades, the pier, the cliffs, the restored villas, small cafes and shops can be reached in a few minutes. Only 30 km away is the historic Hanseatic city of Lübeck with its numerous sights on the old town island, the extensive museums, shops, restaurants and bars. Or explore Lübeck on a harbor or canal tour.

Of which the large total of approx. 56 m² and the small 12 m² offer space to relax. On the main terrace directly at the house there is an elegant dining table group with a high-quality extending table and eight comfortable chairs. The lounge group invites you to relax, which is not only comfortable, but also offers plenty of space. A generous shade sail provides sufficient sun protection in summer.
The highlight in the garden is the heated pool with a roof for all water lovers, guaranteed bathing fun, even when the weather is not so nice.
