Ideal for families or groups of friends, it features a living-dining room and an open-plan kitchen with a central island fully equipped with ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher and more. The main double bedroom is on the ground floor, while the mezzanines offer beds for 4 additional people. Additionally, it has a spacious bathroom with a double shower and an independent toilet.
The loft is air-conditioned with air conditioning and heating by heat pump or pellet stove, guaranteeing comfort in any season of the year. Outside, you can relax in the well-maintained garden with furniture, enjoy the private pool and prepare delicious barbecues on the terrace.
