• It has a privileged location, just 450 m from the best beach in Marbella, the Dunes of Cabopino, a magnificently preserved pine and dune area. The beaches are sandy, quiet and are located in a natural setting with no buildings around. The access from the house is through a pedestrian path and a wooden walkway (5 minutes on foot). The walkway stretches along the entire dune in a pleasant walk along the sea, from which you can enjoy a wonderful sunset, and ends at the Port of Cabopino, where there are numerous chiringuitos, restaurants and terraces.
• Private and secure residential complex that has large and well-kept garden areas where you can enjoy two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, open almost all year. The swimming pools are surrounded by a lawn with umbrellas, it has its own bathrooms, a children's safety fence and in the high season they are supervised by a lifeguard.
